I love doing treatments on myself before and after I shower. Before showering, I will put on an enzyme mask and let it do it’s thing. Then I hop into the shower and rinse it all off. When I get out of the shower, I put on a calming or nourishing mask and let that work on my skin for 10 minutes, then wipe it off. My skin is glowing and ready for the day!
